Most smart pet devices rely on a small number of parts that wear out before the device itself does. Filters lose their ability to trap debris, and RFID tags get lost or damaged. Replacing these parts on schedule keeps the original device working the way it did on day one, without needing to buy a new unit.

Matching the right part to your device

Accessories on this page are built for a specific Petsumi device, not for feeders or fountains in general. A tag made for one microchip feeder will not register on another model, even if both look similar. Check the compatible device listed on each product page before ordering.

When to replace instead of clean

Rinsing a filter extends its life a little, but it will not restore full filtration once the material has broken down. As a general guide, replace fountain filters every 2 to 4 weeks depending on water hardness and how many pets share the fountain.
