Returns & Refunds

You have 90 days to return, exchange, or refund an item for any reason, as long as it comes back complete and in resellable condition. Here is exactly how it works.

Send your order number and reason. Returns sent without authorization cannot be refunded.
Get authorized
We confirm your return and send the shipping address and instructions.
Ship it back
Pack it clean and secure in its original box, within 7 business days of approval.

Once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed.

📅 Return Policy

From the day you receive your order, you have 90 calendar days to request a return, exchange, or full refund for any reason. To qualify, the product packaging, accessories, freebies, and manuals must be complete and undamaged by handling, so the item does not lose its resale value. Returns must be authorized by us before you send anything back.

🚚 Who Pays For Return Shipping

We cover return shipping when the fault is ours. You cover it when the return is for personal reasons.

  • The item was damaged in transit, with a damage report from the carrier
  • You received the wrong item, or it was significantly not as described

You pay shipping

  • You are returning for personal reasons, with no fault in the product
  • The returned item differs from what you ordered
  • An item claimed faulty is found to work by our inspection
  • The product is damaged on its way back to us

💳 Personal-Reason Returns

If you return an item for personal reasons, with no quality issue, you are responsible for shipping both ways, plus a 5% service charge based on the order total. Send us the return tracking number and proof of payment, and we will process your refund once the item is verified. An item found to be intentionally damaged will not be refunded.

🧼 Used Litter Boxes

Litter boxes returned used, dirty, or with odor inside require cleaning before they can be handled and resold. A cleaning fee of $80 and a restocking fee of $60, totaling $140 per unit, is deducted from the refund. A litter box returned clean and intact in its original packaging is refunded in full, with no fees. Cat litter and other consumables cannot be returned or refunded.

💸 Refunds And Timing

Please do not send anything back before we confirm your return. Once authorized, complete the return within 7 business days. After the item arrives and we verify it has no quality issues, we process the refund within 1 business day, and it reaches your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.

📦 Damaged Or Incorrect On Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect because of our error, you will not pay any shipping fee, and no restocking fee applies. Report transit damage within 3 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. If a package arrives clearly damaged, refusing it at the door is the cleanest way to protect your refund.

When We Cannot Accept A Return

  • Requests made more than 90 days after receipt
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, or gifts
  • Faults found to be caused by user error, not product quality
  • Unauthorized returns sent without our confirmation

✕ Not eligible

  • No valid proof of purchase, or forged purchase documents
  • Transit damage not refused or reported within 3 days
  • Post-delivery damage from fire, flooding, or similar
  • Damage from improper installation, use, or operation
