- Do not wash the grain bucket, wipe it with a damp cloth
- Remove the screws to take out the inner feed assembly, rinse it, and clean about once a month
- Wash the food bowl, sun-dry fully, then refit

Just purchased my second unit. Four cat household and two have special food requirements, so I got the O Sitters for them. They are easy to clean and provide great portion control and scheduling flexibility. The camera and play/entertainment features are fun for them and myself. Has battery backup for peace of mind. OMG, this is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased on a whim! My little kitty is fed perfect portions throughout the day, and the app lets me know. It’s also fun to check in and play with her (only if she is out there because she won’t come when I call her). LOVE this product
This is the best cat device I’ve ever purchased.It can livestream, play laser tag with your cats, record videos automatically whenever something happens in front of it, has camera tracking that tracks your cats and records them whenever they do anything, has night vision, has a microphone and a speaker that you can talk through the app, creates a short summary video of everything that has happened during that day, and on top of that, it feeds automatically based on the schedule you want. I’m absolutely in love with this device and I keep coming back to the app even when not at home. The setup was also seamless , make sure it’s next to a router or good Wi-Fi and you’re set, the setup shouldn’t take more than 5 mins. I highly recommend this device!

Thank you~ From my 5 cats. They're definitely enjoying the feeder, allowing me to work and play with them. Despite this, we've bonded closer, my youngest pair love the laser pointer, which I can control while on break or lunch at work. I was a little skeptical, but my friends and coworkers love it, too. A couple have order one, and I've even ordered a second one! Paired with that oh-so-nifty water fountain, they've been having no issues eating and drinking. The app is interesting, and I know you probably have some kinks to work out, because I would love for my retired parents to be able to get notifications as shared users.
