An accordion-fold cardboard scratcher that reshapes into a flat pad, a curled bed, or a bone. Your cat digs into the honeycomb texture, a bell ball rings along its molded track without rolling off, and you refold it into a new shape whenever the mood changes, all from one folding piece of cardboard.
A flat scratching pad only ever does one job. Coilnest's accordion-folded cardboard reshapes by hand into a flat scratching surface, a curled nap spot, or a bone-shaped fold, so the same piece changes with what your cat wants to do next.

The accordion-style corrugated fold reshapes into a flat scratching pad, a curled bed, or a bone shape, no extra parts needed, just refold it into whatever your cat is in the mood for.
Dense corrugated cardboard in a honeycomb texture mimics the feel of tree bark, giving claws grip from any angle and holding up to repeated scratching sessions.
A bell ball rides in a molded track built into the fold, so once the scratcher is open, the ball stays inside instead of rolling loose across the floor.
Folded into its curled shape, Coilnest gives small kittens a soft place to rest between play sessions instead of just a flat scratching surface.
Cardboard scratchers have a reputation for falling apart fast, and a loose ball toy tends to end up under the couch. Here’s how Coilnest holds up to both.
Like any cardboard scratcher, the surface wears down with heavy use over time and isn’t meant to be chewed on.
Luna loved the product. It was more me who needed to learn how to use it. I made a small version of it and she didn’t pay attention to it and then I added catnip and snacks to it and she did play a little bit with it but still no attraction then I opened it as big as I can and boom that’s what she needed a larger size so I recommend this highly now she has something to do when I’m away and if she breaks it, no big deal I’ll buy her another one.
Here's a real review, I just received it and so far my kitten loves it after I free up space on my phone I will record her playing with it.
What an interesting design concept. It's almost like a slinky, but made with durable cardboard. I also like that you can change the shape of the scratcher by twisting it. I really like products that are flexible.
But, unfortunately, my cat Maya didn't exactly share my enthusiasm for this toy/scratcher. She sniffed it once and walked away and hasn't approached it again. She did enjoy the brown paper packing in the box. I've not given up on her accepting it, because it takes her several weeks or even months to discover the "fun" factor in most of the products I get for her.
I'm sure there are cats out there that would love this. It can be a toy or a scratcher or even a hair catcher, too. My kitty has too many distractions with interactive spiders, moths, birds that fight with their reflection in the window and the occasional mouse that breaks in. If Maya were younger, I think she would have played with this more. So it could be a good gift for a kitten.
My cats didn't like it at all, waste of money.
Cats are gonna cat. They got bored in 10 minutes flat. Too bad what a great design!! I liked it more than the cats.
My cat loves it until he ripped it appart.
