In a multi-pet home, one pet finishes their bowl and then raids the other's, which wrecks a diet or prescription food plan. ChipGuard reads your pet's tag or microchip and opens only for them.
🔒 Opens for one pet, not the rest
The lid stays shut until a pet whose tag or microchip is registered comes within about 8 inches, then it opens for that pet only. It stores up to 35 pets, so each one is matched to the food they should eat.
🐾 Tag or implanted chip
Two lightweight collar tags come in the box, and it also reads standard 134.2 kHz implanted microchips, so a chipped pet needs nothing on their collar. Add or remove pets from the on-device menu.
⏰ Meals on a timer, no app needed
Set up to 4 meals a day and how long the lid stays open, all from the small screen on the feeder. Between meals the lid locks, so a pet cannot graze all day or steal an early serving. No wifi or account to set up.
🛡️ An anti-grab cover and a raised stand
A shielding cover clips over the bowl so a pushy pet cannot reach a paw in around the one eating, and a folding stand lifts the bowl to your pet's height. Both come off without tools to clean.

At first, the cat was a bit afraid to approach it, but after a week, he got used to it. This feeder was a lifesaver, as we have a cat thief in our family. In addition to this, it opens and closes somewhat randomly; one night the cat knocked it over because somehow the lid caught her by her collar tag, and the tag ended up inside the housing, so it had to be taken apart to get it out.I still don’t understand how this could have happened, but nevertheless.
Sometimes the door closes at the slightest movement away by the cat, and sometimes the [other] cat manages not to push it away, climbs into the bowl, and the door doesn’t close.
Overall, the feeder works; if feeding on a schedule is important to you, then it is convenient.

Delivery nuances: the original cardboard box was damaged during transit, but the plastic part of the feeder itself was not harmed.When initially testing the product, the opening mechanism of one feeder was jamming, while the second one wouldn't open at all (even though the motor was running). After contacting the seller, we received prompt feedback and several days of consultations to troubleshoot the issue. The seller suggested that the breakdown could have occurred due to an impact during transport and offered to issue a return. However, we decided to figure it out ourselves and disassembled one of the feeders. It turned out that the central gear had come off. Once we put it back in place, it worked! We did the same thing with the second feeder—and it started working too!
Bottom line: despite the transportation mishaps, we are very pleased with the purchase! Excellent value for money. The feeder does a great job with its task, and the seller proved to be responsive and ready to help.
