Just what our cat wanted! Sasha often parades back and forth across our desks in our home office, and while she is cute as can be, she has sent emails (several times!) and loves sitting right in front of our screens or on the keyboard. As soon as we set up the cat bed, she was IN! She loves it and so do we!

That seems like a lot but the frenchie weights 20 so besides bent a little long if you have a chunky kitty would be fine. This cat bed desk mount has saved me the hassle of my cats wanting to be near me but not right in my face whenever I'm at my desk.

Building this mount took roughly ten minutes and easily clamped onto the side of my desk with a reasonable amount of confidence that it wouldn't slip off since it's got rubberized plates at the parts that clamp onto the desk.

The only thing I did end up modifying was the padding to the bar where the cats lay their necks for extra comfort since the fabric included is on the thinner side. The size of the bed fits my 13 lbs. cat well enough and should accommodate for most small to medium sized cats.

Overall I love that I can enjoy my desk while allowing my cats to hang out whenever they want to!

I was tired of my cats constantly laying on my keyboard while I worked, and this hammock literally saved our lives. It mounts easily under the desk, and with a 40lb weight capacity, it feels very secure; it doesn't even wobble when my cat turns around inside. The fur pads it comes with are high quality, and being able to swap them seasonally is a great detail. The fact that the covers are removable and washable is a huge plus for hygiene. Now I can focus on my work at my desk while he sleeps soundly right under me.
